MLK contributed to the concrete and tilt-panel works for the redevelopment of this established Warana industrial property. The completed facility comprises four modern warehouse units with high-clearance working areas, large vehicle access points and integrated office and mezzanine accommodation.

• Concrete and tilt-panel works across the four-unit development

• Coordinating panel erection within an established industrial precinct

• Forming high-clearance warehouse and roller-door openings

• Integrating office, window and entry openings within the façades

• Maintaining accurate panel alignment and consistent finishes

• Patching and joint sealing

• Sequencing works within the compact site footprint
