Description

MLK was engaged to undertake concrete and tilt-panel works for a new industrial development within the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park. The project required a coordinated approach to delivering a high-clearance industrial facility within one of the region’s expanding commercial precincts.

Key elements of our involvement included:

• Planning and delivery of the tilt-panel works

• Panel casting and preparation

• Crane-lift planning and safe panel erection

• Temporary bracing and panel alignment

• Patching and joint sealing

• Coordination with Focal Group and associated trades

• Managing safe access throughout the construction programme

Our Management

Strong communication between MLK, Focal Group and the wider site team supported safe sequencing and reliable progress. Careful coordination enabled an orderly transition between the concrete, structural and finishing trades.
