Description

MLK was engaged by Multi Span Australia to deliver tilt-panel works for the purpose-built Velocity Truck Centres facility in Burpengary. The development brings vehicle sales, servicing and parts operations together within a major heavy-vehicle facility comprising 25 service bays, a full-length inspection pit, multiple hoists, an overhead crane and a substantial parts warehouse.

• Footings and casting beds

• Tilt-panel works across the workshop, warehouse and customer areas

• Internal and external slabs

• Truck servicing pit

• Forming high-clearance openings for heavy-vehicle access

• Planning panel construction and erection sequences

• Coordinating crane and lifting operations

• Integrating panel works with structural steel and building services

• Panel alignment, patching and joint sealing

• Maintaining safe access throughout staged construction
