Description

MLK completed concrete and tilt-panel works for this substantial industrial development in Coolum Beach. The project comprises 22 modern warehouse units, each incorporating high-clearance working space, practical mezzanine accommodation and container-height roller-door access.

Key elements of our involvement included:

• Sequencing tilt-panel construction across the multi-unit development

• Coordinating panel erection and crane operations

• Forming high-clearance warehouse and roller-door openings

• Maintaining consistent panel alignment across repeated tenancies

• Temporary bracing, patching and joint sealing

• Managing access around the central vehicle area

• Liaising closely with the builder and associated trades

Our Management

The scale and repeated layout required disciplined sequencing throughout the project. MLK’s foreman coordinated each stage with the builder, lifting crews and surrounding trades to keep the site safe, accessible and progressing efficiently.
