MLK was engaged to deliver the concrete and tilt-panel works for a modern two-tenancy industrial development within Aura Business Park. The facility combines high-clearance warehouse space, mezzanine accommodation and direct vehicle access within a compact and functional site.

Key elements of our involvement included:

• Planning and sequencing the tilt-panel works

• Coordinating crane movements and safe panel erection

• Forming large roller-door, entry and window openings

• Panel placement, temporary bracing and alignment

• Patching and joint sealing

• Liaising with the builder and surrounding trades

Careful planning was essential to complete the panel programme efficiently within the compact two-tenancy footprint. MLK maintained clear communication between the builder, lifting crews and associated trades to support safe access and consistent progress.
